SHIPPING POLICY

At Vividana, we ensure that every artwork is produced with care and delivered safely to your door.

1. Order Processing

All products are made-to-order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (printing, quality control, packaging)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union (EU): 5–10 business days

  • International (USA, Canada, UK, etc.): 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • courier operations

  • customs processing

  • holidays or peak seasons

  • external factors beyond our control

Vividana is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics providers.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • package size and weight

From time to time, promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) may apply.

👉 Important:
Free shipping promotions do not include import duties or taxes outside the EU.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • EU orders: No additional customs fees

  • Non-EU orders: Customers are responsible for:

    • import duties

    • taxes

    • customs clearance fees

These costs are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders cannot be modified after dispatch

  • Vividana is not responsible for:

    • failed delivery

    • delays

    • additional costs due to incorrect address

If a package is returned to sender:

  • reshipping costs are paid by the customer

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is missing:

  • contact the courier directly using your tracking number

  • we will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee recovery

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Provide:

  • order number

  • clear photos/videos of product and packaging

Claims are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Additional Notes

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages

  • Large or special items may incur additional handling fees (shown at checkout)

  • During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than estimated
