Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vividana.

By accessing or using www.vividana.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. General

Vividana offers custom-made artwork printed on premium aluminum panels.

All products are produced on demand. Production begins after successful payment and order confirmation.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable

  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout

  • Orders are confirmed only after:

    • full payment is received

    • a confirmation email is issued

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or technical errors.

3. Production & Shipping

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated delivery after dispatch:

    • EU: 5–10 business days

    • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a promotion applies.

For international orders outside the EU:

  • customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees

Vividana is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

  • couriers

  • customs

  • force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)

4. Returns & Refunds

All products are custom-made.

Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size

  • incorrect design choice

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide:

  • order number

  • clear photos/videos of product and packaging

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product is not considered a defect.

After verification, we will provide:

  • replacement, or

  • refund (to original payment method)

We may request return of the item before approval. If approved due to our fault, return shipping costs are covered by Vividana.

5. Product Information & Care

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and printing process

  • Each piece is individually produced; minor variations are normal

Care instructions:

  • clean with a soft, dry cloth

  • avoid moisture and harsh chemicals

6. Gift Cards

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase

  • Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash (unless required by law)

  • Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaced

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, designs, text) is owned by Vividana.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vividana is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from:

  • use of the website

  • use of products

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

This clause does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable EU law.

Disputes should first be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, disputes are handled by the competent courts of Lithuania.

Consumers may also use the
EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for cross-border complaints.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
